Privacy Policy

Track My Pickleball helps you track when, where, and with whom you play pickleball. This policy describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: email address (for sign-in), optional profile fields (display name, rating, home court, phone, avatar).
• Play history: sessions you log — court, date, duration, play type, partners, and notes.
• Technical: standard app and server logs needed to operate the service securely.

Information about other players

When you log a session, you may add the names and email addresses of partners who haven't joined Track My Pickleballyet. We use this only to send them an invite to view that session, sent via our email provider (Resend). We don't use it for anything else, and they can ask us to remove it by emailing hello@trackmypickleball.com.

How we use it

• Authenticate you and sync your data across web and iOS.
• Show your personal stats and session history.
• Credit shared sessions to other app users you log with.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not publish your profile or session history publicly.
• We do not process court reservations or payments inside the app.

Storage

Data is stored in our Supabase backend (hosted in the United States). Profile photos are stored in secure cloud storage tied to your account.

Your choices

You can update or delete profile fields in the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact hello@trackmypickleball.com.

Apple Health (iOS)

If you opt in on the iOS app, we write your session duration and time to Apple Health as a pickleball workout. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Court directory

Court discovery and booking links are provided on FindMyPickleball.com, a separate public directory. Track My Pickleballfocuses on your private play history.
